Terms & Conditions for IronVault Energy

Welcome to IronVault Energy Limited (“IronVault,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, and marketplace platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IronVault Energy’s website or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these terms to access and use IronVault Energy services.

3. Account Registration

To lease or procure equipment, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Equipment Listings

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their listings. IronVault reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or applicable laws.

5. Escrow & Transaction Process

All transactions on IronVault Energy are conducted through our escrow-secured system. Buyers’ funds are held in escrow until:

  • Equipment is confirmed delivered or made available

  • Agreement terms are met

  • Both parties acknowledge completion

6. Facilitation Fee / Commission

IronVault Energy charges a 10% facilitation fee on all successful leasing or procurement transactions. This fee covers:

  • Escrow service and transaction security

  • Communication and dispute resolution infrastructure

  • Vendor and product verification

The 10% is deducted automatically at the point of transaction and is non-refundable once the deal is finalized.

7. Vendor Payments

Vendors will receive payouts less the 10% facilitation fee within a stipulated time after successful transaction completion, subject to verification.

8. Cancellations and Disputes

Cancellations must be initiated before equipment is delivered or the procurement is processed. For disputes, IronVault will mediate based on submitted evidence and platform policies.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Circumvent the platform to avoid fees (anti-disintermediation)

  • List illegal or unverified equipment

  • Engage in fraud or misrepresentation

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the platform are owned by IronVault Energy or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

IronVault Energy is not liable for:

  • Damages from misuse or third-party actions

  • Loss of data, profits, or opportunities

  • Delays or platform downtime

Use of our services is at your own risk.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
